Overview

AIMQS is a built-environment advisory firm established in 1996. Our foundation is Quantity Surveying, but over the years we have expanded into Value Engineering, Risk Management, Project Management and Development Management — enabling us to provide end-to-end cost and project leadership across the Southern African region and more recently into Africa. With experience on over 1,000 public and private-sector projects, we have played a key role in many notable developments across commercial, residential, institutional, healthcare, industrial and community sectors.
